Crowther solutions Ltd undertake thermal modelling in accordance with CIBSE AM11 using IES Apache (and any relevant add on modules). Our fee allows for;

•     Modelling the proposed development in line with CIBSE TM59

•     Applying the conventions detailed in Approved Document O 2021

•     Part O modelling & compliance Report

If your proposed specification does not comply with the Part O requirements then our fee includes for us to provide one specification upgrade that achieves compliance.
